CCPA PRIVACY NOTICE

    We, DoubleUGames, Inc., are providing the following additional details regarding the categories of Personal Information that we have collected or disclosed within the preceding twelve (12) months about California residents as well as the rights California residents have pursuant to California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). This CCPA Privacy Notice (this "Notice") supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to individuals residing in the State of California (“consumer” or “you”). We may change or update this Notice from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Notice on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

    Unless otherwise expressly provided, all terms in This Notice have the same meaning as defined in our Privacy Policy or as otherwise defined in the CCPA.

  • Right to Request Deletion

    You have the right to request deletion of Personal Information that we have collected from you by submitting a verifiable request. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:

    • · Complete the transaction for which the Personal Information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of a business’s ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between the business and you

    • · Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act pursuant to Chapter 3.6 (commencing with Section 1546) of Title 12 of Part 2 of the Penal Code
    • · Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the business’s deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, if you have provided informed consent
    • · To enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with the expectations of you based on your relationship with the business
    • · Comply with a legal obligation
    • · Otherwise use your Personal Information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information
  • Verification

    Requests for access to or deletion of Personal Information are subject to our ability to reasonably verify your identity in light of the information requested and pursuant to relevant CCPA requirements, limitations, and regulations. The verifiable consumer request must:

    • · Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we have collected Personal Information or an authorized representative.
    • · Describe your request with sufficient detail for us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

    We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requester's identity or authority to make said request.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination

    You have the right to be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising your rights under the CCPA subject to certain limitations (e.g., we may offer incentives in exchange for the retention or sale of Personal Information). Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

    • · Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties.
